Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Before Shipping

    If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will process a refund of 95% of the total order value. Please note that the payment gateway processing fees are non-refundable, which is why only 95% of the total amount will be returned.

  2. Cancellation During Shipping (Receiver Rejected at Doorstep)

    If your order is already on its way and you decide to cancel it by refusing the delivery at the doorstep, we will wait for the order to be returned to us by the courier. Once we receive the returned order, we will process a 95% refund as per our standard cancellation terms.

Return / Refund Policy

If you encounter any issues with the items you receive (e.g., damaged or incorrect products), we require a full video of the package from the moment it is unboxed. The following must be included in a single video in order:

  • Waybill where the order number may be clearly seen,
  • Viewing of all closed package.
  • Opening of the package.
  • Items being taken out of the package.
  • Showing damaged items

Return / Refund will only be processed if the issue is determined to be a result of our error
